December's meeting will be held at McMorran Theater. We will meet
backstage at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 6th., take a tour and then
attending the play as a group. Parents are welcome to come along or just
come and enjoy the show at 3 p.m. Kids will be picked up at the North Box
Office area immediately following the performance. They will need to
bring $15.00 for their ticket to the show, snack money is optional.
We have a tour of the Theater scheduled before the performance of "Yes
Virginia, There is a Santa Claus". We will be learning what goes on
backstage, touring the light and sound booths, visiting with the hair and
make-up artists, learning from the theater manager, costumer, props and
set designers.
YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCE
Please call or email Lyn Langell no later than Friday, December 4th. with
your child's name and emergency contact information if your child will be
attending. Please have your child wear Theater appropriate clothing. Be
sure to be prompt when picking up after the show as the exits will be
hectic.
Parent Volunteers are needed - so let us know if you will be attending
with your child.
